FRAUDULENT AND UNLAWFUL USE OF ALLAN COMPANY TRADE NAME

Beware of someone using the name "Mr. Mark Fisher" (hereinafter referred to as the “Offender”) to, among other things, illegally pose as a representative of Allan Company.
The Offender is violating Allan Company’s rights by causing Internet users and email recipients to mistakenly believe that the Offender is associated with, sponsored or endorsed by, or otherwise related to Allan Company. Allan Company has not authorized the Offender's use of the Allan Company trade name nor has Allan Company authorized the use of its information (e.g. the company’s address, employee names, AQSIQ number, etc.).
Allan Company believes that the Offender is illegally using Allan Company's trade name, among other things, to engage, or attempt to engage, in fraudulent transactions with unsuspecting Internet users of third party websites (e.g. www.alibaba.com).
The Offender is not associated with, sponsored or endorsed by, or otherwise related to Allan Company. Beware of people using www.alibaba.com, or other websites, that claim to be associated with Allan Company. If you wish to establish a new relationship with Allan Company, you should contact the company at its corporate office at (626) 962-4047.
If you suspect that you have been contacted by someone wrongfully claiming to be a representative of Allan Company, please contact us immediately at (626) 962-4047. We ask that you retain any relevant data and information as it may be evidence in possible future criminal or civil actions against the perpetrator(s).

Beware of someone using the email address allancompan@hotmail.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Offender”) to, among other things, illegally pose as a representative of Allan Company. The Offender uses the name “Charles Hanzo”.
Using the allancompan@hotmail.com email address, the Offender is violating Allan Company’s rights by causing Internet users and email recipients to mistakenly believe that the Offender is associated with, sponsored or endorsed by, or otherwise related to Allan Company. Allan Company has not authorized the Offender's use of the Allan Company trade name nor has Allan Company authorized the use of its information (e.g. the company’s address, employee names, AQSIQ number, etc.).
Allan Company believes that the Offender is illegally using Allan Company's trade name, among other things, to engage, or attempt to engage, in fraudulent transactions with unsuspecting recipients of emails from allancompan@hotmail.com. Furthermore, the company has reason to believe that the Offender is using the allancompan@hotmail.com email address in connection with establishing or maintaining unauthorized accounts (in the name of Allan Company) with third party websites (e.g. www.alibaba.com).
Neither Charles Hanzo nor the email address allancompan@hotmail.com is associated with, sponsored or endorsed by, or otherwise related to Allan Company. Beware of people using www.alibaba.com, or other websites, that claim to be associated with Allan Company. If you wish to establish a new relationship with Allan Company, you should contact the company at its corporate office at (626) 962-4047.
